How to become a community partner with CLC

Why does Castle Lacrosse need sponsors?

Castle Lacrosse is considered a club sport (non-sanctioned IHSAA), governed by the Indiana High School Lacrosse Association (IHSLA).  This is true for all lacrosse programs throughout the state of Indiana.

Because of this, Castle Lacrosse receives zero funds or monetary support from Castle High School or any other state or government agency.  We rely heavily on community partners to help alleviate the actual and true costs required to field a team, so that players and families can afford a reasonable fee that allows boys to stay active, practice teamwork, and channel their competitive drive all while learning this age old life-enriching sport.

Castle Lacrosse Club has grown from 15 athletes in our first season back in 2009 to now having full teams not only at the High School level; both JV and Varsity,  but also U-14, U-12 and U-10 teams in our Feeder program.

It is only through the generous support of our families and community sponsors that Castle Lacrosse can continue to grow and  thrive in what is considered to be one of the fastest growing sports in America.
